CL13-39 Transportation Department Bus Driver:  This individual is responsible for providing students with safe transportation to and from school and/or events.  Must have a current driving record that meets Oregon State Department requirements.  Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.  Must possess a valid driver's license, CDL endorsement preferred, and an ODE school bus driver's certificate.  Must be able to work with students, staff, administration and the general public in a harmonious way.  Must be able to accept full responsibility for students they are transporting.  There are 3 positions available. 4 hours per day @ $13.39 per hour TBD Open until filled  
CL13-44 Beavercreek Elementary Media Assistant:  Under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher and/or District Media Specialist, the media assistant performs one-to-one or small group assistance, library/media clerical work, and other activities as assigned in the library/media center.  Must have completed two (2) years post high school and earned an Associate's Degree or equivalent.  Must have strong secretarial, computer and student supervision skills.  Needs the ability to word process rapidly and accurately and be able/willing to operate a variety of instructional media equipment.  Experience with library circulation and automated library system preferred.  Must have the ability to maintain clerical records and file alphabetically.  Must be able to assist teachers with student activities relating to the library and have a familiarity and enjoyment of children's books.  Experience working with students preferred but not required.  Must be able to work harmoniously with teachers, students and other staff, and take direction appropriately, changing tasks as necessary.  Must be comfortable reading aloud to groups of children, if asked.  Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. 6 hours per day @ $12.14 per hour 2013/14 school year 6/5/2013  
CL13-45 Gardiner Middle School Cook's Helper:  Under the direction of the kitchen manager, the cook's helper will assist in the following areas:  some light food preparation, serving food, sanitation procedures, supervision of student workers and quantity control.  Some knowledge of quantity food production and kitchen equipment preferred.  Must have ability to respond to instructions and follow recipes.  Must be able to demonstrate good public relations with students, staff and the public.  Requires a clean and neat appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality.  Bilingual applicants desired, but not required.

3.75 hours per day @ $10.49 per hour 2013/14 school year 6/7/2013  
CL13-46 Jennings Lodge Elementary Food Serving Assistant IThe Food Serving Assistant I is responsible for set up and service of school lunch meals in an elementary school, according to planned menus, and is responsible for any records desired by the base kitchen manager.  Knowledge in the procedures involved in meal service in a satellite kitchen preferred.  Must be familiar with the operation and basic maintenance of equipment found in a school kitchen.  Must have the ability to learn and maintain records and to learn and prepare daily work schedules, supervise students and regular staff personnel where applicable.  Must have the ability to cooperate and create a good atmosphere with student and adult clientele.  Must be able to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.  Must have a clean and neat appearance and demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.  Must have a current food handlers card.  Bilingual applicants desired, but not required.  This position will be a split shift.
